GFL will begin collecting Monday routes on Tuesday, January 7

January 6, 2024 service update from GFL:

We apologize for any confusion caused by previous messages. To be clear, GFL has

suspended all collections for Monday, January 6 and will begin collecting Monday and Tuesday routes on Tuesday, January 7. We expect to collect some neighborhoods on

their regularly scheduled days this week. For that reason, please have your trash and

recycling set out on your regular service day. As always, some areas may

experience delays because of safety and access issues.

To allow us to resume normal service sooner, we will not be collecting yard waste or

bulk items the week of January 6 but will instead focus all our collection resources on

trash and recycling. We will collect double the amount of yard waste the week of

January 13, along with Christmas trees that are cut into 4-foot lengths.
