$350 per year
Amount is due each year by January 31th. Statements are mailed to residents in mid or late December.

Please follow this link to Pay Dues Online. You will need to register with the third-party payment processor. Once registration is complete, you can remit your payment by debit card, credit card, or e-check. You will need to manually enter the amount of the your LHA dues when paying online as the service defaults to $0. There is a convenience fee charged by and payable to Dues Payment Online that varies based on your payment method.
Please note that we do not invoice through the online payment portal so you will need to manually enter the amount you would like to pay. If you have any issues, feel free to contact the Dues Payment Online customer support at (866) 289-5977.
Your dues includes trash and recycling service, street tree maintenance and island maintenance. In addition Leawood Homes Association actively works to maintain and enhance the character of our unique neighborhood with the establishment of the Architectural Review Committee.
