Amount is due each year by December 31th. Reminder is sent each November.

Your dues includes trash and recycling service, street tree maintenance and island maintenance. In addition Leawood Homes Association actively works to maintain and enhance the character of our unique neighborhood with the establishment of the Architectural Review Committee.
